By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Promotzy is an event management and promotion platform that enables:

• Event organizers to create and manage events

• Vendors and sponsors to participate in events

• Attendees to purchase tickets and engage with events

Promotzy provides technology only and is not the event organizer unless explicitly stated.

a. Organizers

Organizers are solely responsible for:

• Event accuracy and execution

• Pricing, refunds, and cancellation policies

• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Content posted for their events

b. Vendors & Sponsors

Vendors and sponsors are responsible for:

• Accurate business information

• Fulfillment of event commitments

• Compliance with event rules and laws

c. Attendees

Attendees are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information

• Following event rules and conduct standards

Promotzy is not responsible for disputes between users.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security

• All activity conducted through your account

• Keeping information accurate and up to date

Promotzy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe

• Promotzy does not store payment credentials

• Fees may apply to tickets, booths, sponsorships, or services

• Fees may be absorbed by organizers or passed to customers

Promotzy is not responsible for organizer refund decisions.

• Refund policies are determined by event organizers

• Promotzy does not guarantee refunds

• Event cancellations, postponements, or changes are the responsibility of the organizer

By providing your phone number, you agree that Promotzy may send you SMS messages related to your account, events, and services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations

• Post fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content

• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others

• Attempt to bypass platform safeguards

• Interfere with platform operations

Promotzy may remove content or restrict access at its discretion.

All Platform content, software, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Thotic, Inc.

Promotzy® is a trademark of Thotic, Inc.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Platform content without permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Promotzy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate and promote the Platform.

You represent that you have rights to all submitted content.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services. Promotzy is not responsible for third-party platforms, services, or policies.

Promotzy may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms

• Fraud or abuse

• Legal or regulatory requirements

Users may request account deletion per the Privacy Policy.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Promotzy does not guarantee:

• Event success

• Platform availability

• Accuracy of user-provided information

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Promotzy and Thotic, Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Liability is limited to amounts paid to Promotzy in the prior 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Promotzy and Thotic, Inc. from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform

• Your events or content

• Violations of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
