Promotzy® is owned and operated by Thotic, Inc. ("Thotic," "Promotzy," "we," "our," or "us").

This Account Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of their Promotzy account and associated personal data.

1. Your Right to Delete Your Account

You have the right to request deletion of your Promotzy account at any time.

Account deletion will result in the removal or anonymization of personal information associated with your account, subject to certain legal and operational requirements described below.

2. How to Delete Your Account

3. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Upon account deletion:

• Your user profile and login credentials will be removed

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number) will be deleted or anonymized

• Access to events, tickets, and dashboards will be revoked

• SMS and email communications will cease

4. Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained only as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Financial and transaction records

• Invoices, payouts, and tax-related records

• Records required for fraud prevention or legal compliance

Retained data will be securely stored and access restricted.

5. Event-Related Data

If you are an:

• Organizer, event records may remain visible to participants for historical or compliance reasons

• Attendee or vendor, records related to completed events may be retained in anonymized form

Event data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

6. Deletion Timeline

• Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days

• Some data may be deleted sooner depending on system requirements

• You will no longer be able to recover your account after deletion is completed

7. Children's Accounts

Promotzy is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child's account exists, it will be deleted promptly.
